2.Dear friends,the price is only for the dress,not include any accessories such as gloves/jacket/veil and petticoat.

3.Dear friends,any changes of size/color/special requests are not acceptable after order placed exceeds 24 hours.

4.If exceed 24 hours,size or color or details of your order need to be changed,please send message top us,but you need to pay handling fee,also please postpone the shipment of your order,sincerely hope you understand,dear friend.

-Items will be send by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS,China Post etc

-Shipping time: 4-7 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL

-This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

-Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the buyer get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

-Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund.

-We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
