ALESSI: Balsamic Capers Nonpareilles, 3.5 oz

Capers are the hand-picked un-ripened flower buds of a shrub that can be found growing alongside the Mediterranean Coast. Considered to be the finest are the young tender buds called nonpareille. These tasty nonpareille are packed in our Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar. Capers add zest that can be enjoyed in many dishes. Try them with your next sauce, paté, smoked salmon, and much more.
